Hi, I’m Oray ,

Founder of PAT&X and an experienced airline pilot and aviation trainer.

With more than 17 years in commercial aviation, I’ve flown across Europe and beyond – and gained deep insights into the challenges and expectations that pilots face throughout their careers. From initial screenings to line checks, simulator sessions, CRM evaluations and upgrade assessments – I’ve been on both sides of the table: as a pilot and as an evaluator.

At PAT&X, I bring this experience into every training session. My goal is simple:

• To create an honest, professional, and motivating environment where pilots can grow.
• To prepare you not only technically, but mentally and strategically for every step of your career.
• And to make training feel real, valuable – and even enjoyable.

Besides flying big jets, I’m also passionate about VFR flying – I love doing scenic flights, sharing the beauty of aviation from a more personal, hands-on perspective. There’s something unique about flying low and slow, reconnecting with the basics, and seeing people smile after their first flight.

I believe that good training is not about being perfect – but about being prepared.
